Applications:

  • Hydropanel screws can be used for partitions, ceilings or floors;
  • for use in dry or high humidity rooms;
  • for use in class 1 and 2 areas according to EN 1995-1-1

Instructions for use:

The fiber-cement boards are fixed on the metal structure with the help of Hydropanel screws, with a maximum distance between them of 300 mm.
The minimum distance between the edge of the board and the screw will be 15 mm.
The Philips PH2 head will be used to screw them on.
Hydropanel screws are provided at the end with two "wings", after perforating the boards they will break automatically when fastened in the metal structure and no pre-drilling of the board and metal structure is necessary.
The choice of screws for fixing fiber cement boards is made according to the number of boards required and recommended by the manufacturer for each type of system, so as to exceed by at least 1 cm the soffit of the metal structure.
The distances between the screws for fixing the fiber cement boards in the case of:

  • Double layer boards - for the first layer the fixing distance between the screw axes is 60 cm, and for the second layer a maximum of 30cm.
  • One layer - the fixing distance between the screw axes is a maximum of 30 cm.

Handling and storage:

Store the boxes indoors, in dry places.
During transport, take into account that the impact with hard bodies that can cause local deformations.
