Self-tapping screw AF 212 3.5x45 Nida METAL self-tapping screw

The AF 212 self-tapping screws are made of phosphated galvanized low carbon steel. They are packaged in custom Siniat boxes, with PH 2/PH 3 bits included.

Applications:

  • intended for fastening plasterboards to the metal structure made of 0.6 mm thick CW/UW 50, 75, 100 profiles;
Thermal resistance: 0,25 m².K/W

Instructions for use:

he selection of the screws for fixing plasterboards is made depending on the number of necessary plasterboards, recommended by the manufacturer for each type of system, so as it exceeeds by at least 1 mm the metal structure underside.
The distances between the screws for fixing the plasterboards in case of:

  • Triple lining - for the first and second lining, the distance between the axis of the screws is 60 cm and for the third lining is maximum 30 cm
  • Double lining - for the first lining, the distance between the axis of the screws is 60 cm and for the second lining is maximum 30 cm
  • Simple lining - the distance between the axis of the screws is maximum 30 cm.

Handling and storage:

Store the boxes indoors, in dry places.
During transport, take into account that the impact with hard bodies that can cause local deformations.
