Surface preparation:
The support must be dry, clean of dust, without oil stains. The boards must be firmly attached to the mounting profile.
Preparation:
Smart Top gradually disperses in the clean water required for mixing. Leave the material in the recipient for approximately 2-5 minutes to allow hydration, then mix it manually, until it has the desired consistency.
Plasterboards joints:
Apply manually using the grouter, first for one layer, in the joints, pressing the material.
Trace with the spatula on the joint between the boards to allow the paste to penetrate inside it and prevent any air gaps.
Thus, it is avoided the pressure of the material inside the gap, after curing and drying.
Apply the tape by pressing with the spatula to eliminate the air gaps and the excessive paste from the plasterboards joints.
After drying, apply the second layer of material, covering the tape and flatness differences.
Eliminate the excessive material, then apply the finishing layer.

Handling and storage:
Keep the bags on wooden pallets, in covered and dry placed, protected from atmospheric factors.
