Instructions for use:

Preparation:
Using a clean recipient, pour water and then sprinkle the plaster over the entire water surface.
Leave for 2-3 minutes so that the plaster would soak with water and obtain a good working consistency.
In case of mixing, the working time will be reduced by 30%.
It is recommended to mix the paste only when using it to mould forms, ornaments and stucco.

Application:
The plaster paste will be poured in ready-made moulds of glass fiber or rubber, in various shapes. Oil the mould with a solution in order to avoid the plaster from adhering to the mould partitions. Put a layer of prepared plaster paste in the mould. This layer will cover half of the final thickness. Reinforcing fibers may be placed in the remaining paste. The reinforcing paste thus obtained is poured into the mould, completing the second half of the thickness. Leave to rest until the end of the setting time. The removal of the mould, the fixation and storage of the elements for drying will take place. The forms, ornaments and stuccos thus obtained have a high mechanical strength. The quality of the forms, ornaments and stuccos depends on the degree of processing.
For walls finishing, the paste thus obtained shall be applied in thin layers, using the grouter, until flat and smooth white surfaces are obtained.

Handling and storage:

The bags shall be stored on wooden pallets, in covered, dry areas, protected from the weather.
In case of partial use, close the bag carefully, in order to use the product for further application.
